BREWDOSO 2024 VENDOR APPLICATION FORM

Please Note: All applicants must provide proof of appropriate insurance, licenses and permits as part of this application form.

Application Process:

  • Read all vendor terms of service and fill out the online application below.

  • Applications are considered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • Brewdoso/RMA reserves the right to make the final decision on the application based on the timeliness of the returned application and the ability to provide festival attendees with various vendors.

  • Upon approval, vendors will receive an online fee payment link. Vendor fees must be paid in full by July 1, 2024 – NO EXCEPTIONS.

VENDOR FEES:

Wineries: $250 (10’x10’)

Breweries:

  • Brewers Guild Member = Free

  • Non-member = $200

Food Trucks: $250

Merchandise:

  • $150 (out-of-town vendors)

  • $125 (local vendors)

Vendor Fees Include the Following:

  • 10’ x 10’ booth space; additional space can be acquired at a discounted rate.

  • Four (4) festival passes; additional passes available by request from the Event Coordinator (request is subject to refusal)

  • Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance (access will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis); generators are allowed.

  • Booth space does not come with any lighting, so please plan accordingly.

  • Onsite, overnight security on Friday and Saturday nights (booth, equipment, and equipment left overnight still need to be secured by the vendor). Brewdoso, Ruidoso Midtown Association, and the Village of Ruidoso are not responsible for lost or stolen products.
